Guest/Mod/Owner rules

- No ads (pictures and YouTube videos are fine)
- No spamming/flooding
- Only ask to PC (Private chat) the owners once
- No swearing on doodle
- No fights
- No bad YouTube videos (swearing, bloody,ETC)
- have fun!
